24# injectors??

Inorder to run the #24's on my return style, i need to cut the connectors the off the 3L harness and put them on my harness right??

Correct. Just swap the injector clips.


Do you have 19's already? If so those are a better choice for just a 3L swap.

Just asking as several have done the full SVT manifold swap including injectors.

i do indeed, have the 19's in, im going to be running a higher lift cam so i figured why not just have them in.

if its better to run the 19, then why are you running the 24's?? just out of curiosity

im getting the 3L cams reground, have to wait to see what they can do. or im going for the cat cams stage 5.

Because I was hoping I would need them. ;)

To be honest I never tried the 19's. 19's are good to 225 (safe) to maybe 240 (maxed) on a returnless car. A bit more on a return style car. (more fuel rail pressure)
It's quite possible I do need larger then 19's anyway... :shrug:

Then again it was really a moot point because I have complete self tunability so I don't have issues with tuning daily drivability on the larger injectors like some one that had just a custom dyno tune done would have.

i see what you mean, makes sense. well im hoping to have to need them too. i just figured i should be running higher than 240, and just wanted to keep what was in there. THe whole matching thing. thanks alot for your advice demon.

The HP limits I gave are "at the wheels"

I would stick with the 19's if you had no plans for nitrous.
