Well we took the Kitty to the track today, weather wasn't too bad, around 56*F or so and cloudy. It was a pretty good day had a few passes with a best timeslip of:

Reaction: .259

60 FT: 2.490

660 FT: 10.611

ET: 16.454
MPH: 84.103

Now, before anyone says anything, there's one HUGE factor that needs to be taken into consideration.....Elevation. The Albuquerque National Dragway sits at around 5600ft above sea level. So I used the official NHRA corrections and cam up with the following ET and MPH:

ET: 15.306
MPH: 90.369

Not too bad, but the clutch just isn't having any of it off the line, it won't grab worth a poop so the 60-ft's are huring bad. So it's time to install the SPEC Stage III and FW and see if we can't shave a few tenths off of the actual uncorrected times.

Anyway I thought I'd share

Mods to the car at that time:
Koni's set medium front, hard rear
Eibachs
Dunlop SP6000's ([censored]ty tires) set at 25 psi IIRC
Pro-Flow 75mm MAF
SCA Cold Air Intake
KKM Filter
SHO-Shop Y-Pipe
Borla Dual Exhaust

The car had a 1/2 tank of gas, had all kinds of crap in it, including a 3/4 full nitrous bottle. The nitrous system was diconnected (uninstalled the following week), but was clamped down in the truck. Full interior and some junk in the back seats! I could have shaved off a good 100-150lbs easy and gotten deeper into the 15's.

Great run!
