Im the white cougar with the glass roof that honked and waved at you as I passed you. Not sure if you read this, but I thought I'd take a stab since I saw the fat NECO sticker on your driver side quarter panel :). Sorry I didnt get to stop and chat with you but you know how Hialeah traffic can be.
