View Full Version : New e-brake handle - where's the set screw go?

I've removed my stock e-brake handle and don't see any threaded holes for the new handle's set screw. Am I missing something? :confused: do you need to drill your own hole?

the "technically" recommended way, or my "use-what's-on-hand" way? lol
The right way to do it would be to drill out the rivet at the base/driver side. Since I don't have a drill, and didn't want to drive over to my Dad's... I prided at the rivet with some side cutters until it was pretty much gone. Before I put the new one on, will have to file down the bit still there.

awesome lol im gonna go outside and do that right now(in 20 degree weather)... if i figure out how to put the new handle on i will tell ya

i took the whole center console out..the bag is attached to it
