Anybody interesting in purchasing a wrecked cougar or two and parting them out? This is one that I've been looking at here and figuring this one is going to sell for around 1500, but there is no damage on this one. I could get a wrecked 01-02 cougar prolly for around 800-900. Does this interest anyone?

I'm not talking about fixing them up, just parting them out for extra cash.

we should do what ohio neco did, and give the profits to cougarfest. or keep it for ourselves

A good place to look is on Deals On Wheels (http://www.dealsonwheels.com) and then click on the rebuildable dealers tab on the left. I know there is a cougar for sale up in Troy Mills, IA at Gary's Auto (http://www.garysautoia.com/images/Cars/634234/THpage.html). Also another one i found was at T & T Rebuildables in Indiana (http://www.ttrepairables.com/cgi-bin/db/search.cgi?submit_search=y&record=1656&setup_file=detail.setup.cgi)

what about this one (http://www.dealsonwheels.com/search/dealerbig.cfm?Autos__ID=000575-200401-000006)
or this one (http://www.dealsonwheels.com/search/dealerbig.cfm?Autos__ID=000567-200501-000041)
it would be nice to get a modified one like ohio did, but the chances of that happening are slim to none

Yeah that first one is in Sioux City i believe, and the second one is the one i showed from T & T in Indiana. Usually Interstate Auto Salvage has some nice cars for pretty good prices.

No, I was talking about parting it out and keeping the profits. I no longer own a cougar, so I have no interest in providing money for it. I was just thinking about it for extra cash. And also, spending more the 1,000 for a wrecked cougar is too much. I was talking that I could get it for less than 1,000.
