the tint on my back window is starting to bubble up...like riiight in the middle...along one of the defrosty lines...

is all hope lost?...do i have to redo the whole window once it gets bad enough?..or is there something i can do to fix it

oh....in that case...im not sure if tint will restick, i would say take it to a tint shop and see what they say.

nah let all the windows that are tinted bubble then you'd be driving under water

Tint under the rear defrost will do that if you use the rear defrost. I hardly use mine (mainly because I don't drive her in the winter) but I have a few times. Just be careful I guess, but this is not strange to happen. Take it to a tint shop and get them to re-tint it. I guess you could tint it yourself, but I know nothing of that matter.

use a heat gun and restick the tint to the window

could you use some soapy water and try to squeegy the bubbles out? :shrug:

mine has a few bubbles as well, im not really concerned...most tint shops have lifetime warranty on their tint...its true, because of the defroster it bubbles, their always going to be there unless you keep prying them out...usually the bubbles are there because the tint is wet, but i dont think thats the situation
