Your interior looks like my friends derby car when we were gutting it out, lol. Anyways, looks good, can't wait to see it all finished.

its welded in so my guess would be purposeful. Your skillz exceed mine! Bad ass work man.

(if he wanted show he could have bought a cheap cc.com 4pt or made one from exhaust tubing or something lol)

Something just hit me about roll cages. In the "sport compact" world, a roll cage is looked at as a cool mod. In the
"muscle car" world, a roll cage is an annoyance that nobody wants to deal with. This season Moroso changed the roll cage rule from 11.9 and lower, to 10.99 and lower.....which made everyone happy, because they were sick of cutting it off before the end of the track to keep it in the 12s, so they wouldn't be forced to put in a cage.

Looking good. You might want to invest some of your money into a better camera. :cover: Be ready in time for fest?

thx all.

first off, its a camera phone.

second, although it is NHRA compliant, it is for show first, and function second. everything from the seats to the back is gonna be fibergleassed.

matt, i'll autocross if you do too

i'll keep you guys updated on any improvements we make on this project. its already been 7 months (can only work on it 3 or 4 days a week), but i hope to have it done in another month.

There are a lot of things like that, though. When I had my old '79 Corvette (ZZ4 Crate motor out of a circle track car, Doug Nash Five speed, Hooker headers to side pipes) the most dangerous guy was the guy with NO visible exhaust, in the "sport compact world" everyone wants huge exhaust (and usually way more than one). My buddy with a '70 GTO hid his Nitrous bottle as a fire extinguisher and spent hours and hours hiding the wires and lines, in the "sport compact world" everyone wants NAWWWS displayed proudly (purging at the starting line to show off).
