well i'm selling (hopefully) my current exhaust for a less flashy one, and was wondering if with the 3l, pnp, svt... etc motor, i should get another 2.5" setup, or get a 3" setup....

Info appreciated

2.5" single pipe MANDREL BENT with a straight through NON-LOUVERED or CHAMBERED muffler.

If you want quasi dual then 2" is fine without mufflers. (center muffler design)
2.25" or 2.5" with mufflers.

No difference in power between a properly built single or quasi dual setup. They both mix the banks and use just a single pipe.

True duals should runs 2" piping. Maybe even 2.25" if you add the bazillion extra bends around the fuel cell. However the piping size and bends will hurt your exhaust velocity. Then again that's the bane of the typical single pipe exhaust too so...
