I found one in the Bronx NY!!!! $850 and only 4k miles. It's brand new. I'm getting it delivered to the garage where my friend works and will put it in. He isn't even going to charge me anything but I will give him a few hundred bucks. Now I know that I will be driving down in my cougar next month.
I'm so excited to get my car back on the road!!! It's been off the road since it blew on the 24th of October.
I'll let you all know how it all comes out.

Finally!!!!!!!!!!
My car is back on the road after taking a 15 week nap. At least I didn't have to deal with all of the snow and salt of the Northeast. Leaving for NC next Wednesday!!!!!

That's great man, but I think you can get a better deal on the motor. I just got a 2004 3L taurus motor on it with 4,000 miles on it for $350+$200 for shipping. I hope you can get that motor in the car but might want to keep looking around for a really great deal.

Seems like a good company. The shop that my friend works at orders parts from there from time to time. I liked them because they have several yards in the U.S. plus I was also able to buy an extended warranty on the engine for parts and labor. I'll let you all know how the "transplant" goes. I also have a pair of racing seats(blk n red) that I going to have installed as well. I bought them in September while down at Nopi Nationals in Atlanta. Cant wait to finally get those in.
Where I bought my engine from. (http://www.lkqcorp.com/home/home.asp)

humm... seems like a good place I guess. You really won't know until you get it what kind of deal you got. You might even be able to have your stock engine fixed for less then about $1000 which is probably what you're going to end up paying.
