How much exactly? an estimate even? I have a 2002 with upraded syncros and shift forks from DemonSVT's site......how much till something breaks?

dude its a cougar, not a race car as they say. Mercury wasn't thinking about the aftermarket too much when they made this car obviously.

Well since there have been several SVT's/Cougars running ~400 fwhp on a MTX, that should give you a good idea. I dont know about the 600 you're shooting for, but someone has to be first to find out........

I tried looking for DemonSVT's site but I couldn't find it. I'm also looking at upgrading my syncros and shift forks.
BTW... those shift forks, are they the ball bearing ones?
