Welcome aboard Mike!

I know there are a couple guys from Maine that have posted here & in the Mass/Conn Chapter -- not sure if any are near you or not. What do you have for a Cougar and how are you liking it so far?

i have a 2001 2.0, its red the low end package no cruize no spoiler no leather 15 inch rims, but hey for a first car i ant complaining. I really do like it alot. i wasnt even looking for a cougar but i went to the dealer over the summer and they had one there for 11 grand and that was way to much so in the fall when i went back they had the same one for 9 grand. i talked them down and after tax and everything i payed right about 8,600 for it with only 34,500 miles on it.

ill probley put some money into it exhaust intake, mostly jsut for looks though because around here there is no track and with the exception of a couple honda's, a talon, and a probe there isnt anyone to race.

Sounds like a good deal for a first car, I'm sure you'll enjoy it!
