Question about calipers

Can you take painted calipers in and have them exchanged?

I bought calipers, painted them, installed them and found out they are the wrong size. I already returned my orginal ones on the car two weeks ago. I havent driven my car in about two weeks so I havent really noticed anything. the shop that worked on my tranny said he took it out to test the tranny and said there was some slop in my brakes and noticed that my calipers werent the right size.

So, i guess what I want to know is do you think the store will take them back?

Umm depends where did you get them from? I know advance might but then again i personally know everyone that works at the one here as far as anywhere else i couldnt tell you. I have taken things back i have painted before and they havent had a prob. guess it would be up to the induvidual store itself
