I am a Ford Cougar Owners Club member from Bath in England. I have been corresponding with CougarEV011 and he has put me in touch with you there.

I am coming to Seattle in November for about 10 days and it would be great to meet some of you cat people there!! I have instructions from FCOC members that they would like to see some pics of your cats. We are all very interested to see the variations for the two different markets.

I have a 1998 silver frost V6 2.5 manual, I love driving a car!!

Of course we can also all get together and just take some pics to showoff our cars to our fellow UK members. Just let me know what you all have in mind.

Great to hear from you people. I am likely to be in Seattle from around November 12 through to 26. I will be staying in 2 different places yet to be confirmed but probably one week initially in Warren Avenue North which I think is downtown. Second half I will be staying with friends who live near to Everett. My son lives in Everett and married an American girl last July. Will be great to see them again (not exactly an easy cat ride to see them!!)

Would love to have the opportunity of seeing some of your cats, particularly the different colours you have over there. We just have silver frost, melina blue, black and tourmaline green in UK. A few of the guys have had some amazing mods done which I am sure you have too! So would love to see some different cats and post pics on our UK site. Would be fun to swap information.

I will confirm the exact dates when I have them.

Hi Everyone

OK, here are the dates I am in Seattle. Nov 10 - Nov 26. I will be in downtown Seattle for about a week and then will be based in Everett as posted previously.

There has been considerable interest in UK about which model Cougars you have there, we only ever had cats 1 & 2 in UK. It will be very interesting to see the different options you have available in the US. I need to take lots of pics to post on the UK site please!!!

EVO11 - looks like you have finished the paint job - how about posting a few pics in UK, they are very interested to see what a pale blue Cat looks like.

I hope I can catch up with some of you, it would be fun.

Welcome and hope you'll have a lot of fun during your stay in the US. I had fun during our meet at Tad's place last time so I'd be very interested in another meet. For the time frame you've given, I'll be available for a meet anytime from Nov. 19~26. My family lives in Seattle, but I live some distance away so I'll need to schedule it ahead of time. If everyone who is interested for a meet can list the times they're free, maybe we can schedule a date that works for all of us. Looking forward to another day of cougar fun.

However I was thinking that if you'll be coming over anyway, maybe it would be nicer and have more meaning to it if we can all take pics and post them together. Hey great idea and I am glad things are back up and running again. Would anyone interested in getting together whilst I am is Seattle please post here? Before we know it time will run out, it is only 2 weeks before I leave on November 5 because I am going to Montreal until November 10. Just confirming I'm in Seattle Nov 10-26 but have some dates booked already.

I'm here guys and on the move somewhat! I am going to Kirkland tomorrow to see friends and then on to near Everett as my base until Saturday when I come back down to downtown Seattle again. Returning to Everett Monday 21 afternoon and then staying there until Friday 25. Saturday 26 I'm gone on the big white bird back to UK.

Best thing is one of you PMs me for my mobile (Tad has it too) and we can work out something. I will have some spare time when up in Everett. Would love to see some of your cars. The guys in UK are really keen for me to post some pics of them.

I was in Leavenworth yesterday and saw a white Cougar with an neat spoiler, nearly went ballistic as my son had my camera at the time and was not quick enough taking a pic!! :mad: We don't have white Cats in UK, just black, melina blue, silver frost and tourmaline green.

I am really starting to run out of time but can meet you on Saturday morning. I am with friends in Lynnmore but can meet you at Starbucks in the Food Court at Northgate Mall at 10.00am. Sorry this might be early for some of you but I am away elsewhere later in the day and have to attend functions on Sunday.

It will be great to see as many of you as can make it.

I'm the blonde with a black coat and blue jeans so you know who you are looking for - at least I have some idea of what you look like Tad!!!!

Thanks for coming along Shawn, it was great to have a chat with you and see your car. I love the ash gold colour :cool: :cool: :cool: :cool: , we were very deprived in UK when it came to a choice of colour!!!:rolleyes:

I expect to come over to Seattle from time to time even if it is only once a year so will let you know when I am due again.
