white cougar in oak ridge/knoxville area

Ive been seeing this white cougar around, it has a wings west body kit, high rise spoiler. Painted tail light covers and 3rd brake light cover saying "cougar" has a single exhaust muffler. Has a few extra badges on the back of the trunk latch, i didnt catch what they said, looks like painted headlights aswell. Very awesome looking, anyone here owns it or seen it before?

Nope. Last one I saw was in farragut actually but it only had an exhaust and tinted windows.. possibly could be the same car but with more stuff done now...:shrug:
