their gear shift on an atx? I want to change those ugly a$$ green park, nuetral, drive colors but not sure how to get the shifter off without tearing something up.

Well first off you need to take the shifter off which requires an allen wrench. The screw should be right below the O/D button. Be careful not to rip the O/D button, slice it and make sure you hook it back up!

I've taken that screw off before but the shifter wouldn't move at all. I saw somewhere that you have to force it off and I didn't want to try that and break it off.
