We put a bid in on a house yesterday... hopefully it's accepted since the house has been on the market FOREVER. Anyway, it needs some work before we'd be able to move in (CHFA requirements) ... IE. new roof/windows... those are about the big things... BUT then we are going fix the drop ceilings on the 2nd floor and put up sheetrock, rip down some of the wood paneling upstairs and sheetrock, refinish the hardwood floors throughout the house, insulate and sheetrock my (FINALLY) 2 car garage, and various other things...

Oh, and depending on how quickly everything goes through, IF we get the house and do all the repairs SOON, there might be a mass/conn holiday party there. ;)
