Hey does this chapter of the NECO cover maine.... im moving to fryeburg soon and i wanna get in with the neco chapter up there...

yes it does cover Maine, although this chapter is small, fairly new and has very little activity (unless you want to count when Jay goes on pirate rampages through all the threads)
