My eyesight is going bad and I'm going to start trying to eat healthier (but not all those diet plans) so just wondering if there's any tips from you guys on what to eat to improve eyesight?

My Grandparents used to say carrots:puke:but i think they were just trying to get me to eat more vegetables. So i just got contacts.

carrots are full of beta-keratine (sp?) that's supposed to be good for eyesight.

I thought it was Vitamin A...

I just have contacts too... if your eyes are really bad, maybe consider Lasik?

carrots and plenty of direct sunlight... look right at the sun with your eyes wide open...


ok thats not such a good idea... my head hurts... ;)
But carrots are good for you.
