Not of Euro, but have a question

I was in Italy about 6 months ago, and I saw a Ford made car very similar to the Cougar; however, it wasn't as big and wasn't as defined. Anyone know what this is? I've only seen it about 2-3 times out of all the times I have been to Europe.
