When is everyone free?

When is everyone free for the summer to have a nice, relaxing, big, cougar meet?

I wanted to have one way long ago at the local rs meet, but no one wanted to go, maybe it was short notice or something. Anyways, I'm off school on August 7th, so anytime after that, we can have a big family get together, I know you guys'll like that, and we'll plan it out properly. You know, NECO style.

Anyways, if you could just post up availability for a road trip or times to meet and have lots of fun, and possibly the first NECO NW full meet in a long long time, we could get something rollin'

Things I plan to have:

Barbeque for NECO, (not just stupid hot dogs, but if we all chip in, maybe we can get some good steaks or something)
Waterpark? ( I can't swim though, good thing i'm not near the wate... oh.. wait.. nevermind)
Mod meet? (Been wanting to do that for a long time)
Clubbing? (doable)
Lounging?
Cruise (for sure)
Cruise with hook ups to other car clubs (maybe possible)
photoshoots
more ideas welcome!

All depends on location for me, i can get anytime off. My suggestion for location would be seattle. We almost had a meet there a month or two ago. Seems relatively central for the entire northwest to attend.

this is me....free after 5 during the week. free all weekends except this comming sat. will be at whistler doing some downhill biking. Also busy last weekend of august, got a hotel room and going up to harrison for the weekend.

ummm i think it would be cool to go to white rock at low tide...throw some frisbee (i got a good one), break out a bbq and mack on the girls (im sure glen is all for that last one).

White Rock? Hmmm how about one of the downtown beaches? If we pick a really sunny ass day we can play beach volley ball or something like that?

For mod / maintence meet in the morning (like early morning)
and then beach after (afternoon, evening)

What: Lots of stuff.
When: We need to decide on a sunday,

me, ben and trevor are free all sundays that leaves glen, corin, scott and a few other left to decide.

Well sundays will work for me indeed, although a nice summer meet would be a nice end to the summer, and what I mean is all of our chapter.

That will include all the WA and possibly OR members, as it almost happened this year, So I think this is something we all deserve before some of us go back to school or what have you:)

Trevor, sorry about your springs issues you have been having, kinda sucks getting your car lowered, huh :(

Have you tried e-bay to look for some or maybe our posting boards, to see if others can help you out some way?

Yeah it has been sucking. BUt, I took the do it now no matter what route and have ordered my other parts from FPO.com. once they arrive (will be sent out tomarrow...got express mail...should arrive mid next week at the latest). I will be ready to fire those springs in there. Then all i need is Corin's know how (and maybe some tools)...
