Hey! Welcome to Keystone! There are quite a few members around state college I believe, and a lot from Harrisburg. There will probably be some meets close to you when everyone gets recovered from Cougarfest.

As far as your Cougar, it sounds like you're on the right track. That painted fuse box cover should add at least 10 horsepower

Just kidding. As far as mods, use the search feature and look for what has been posted in the past. If you ask questions that have been asked before, some people will flame the hell out of you...just wanted to give you a little warning there.

Look into a cold air extension once you get your intake, and check into and exhaust system. Those are fairly easy to do, and the gains are noticeable. You can also do some SVT parts swapping. Keep your eyes on the 2.5 performance section, and the For sale section for great deals on parts. Also, watch for Group Buys. Thats where we all get a discount on a certain part if there are enough people buying.

Check Cougar DB (http://www.cougardb.com). It's very helpful to see what different mods look like on your car. Good luck!!!

Just call Craig at Krazy Kustoms and he will give you directions. You can talk to him about the Targo too.

I'm not doing customer work anymore due to the fulltime product development contract. As for doing a targa top in a cougar you'd have to spend a major amount of money to make the car rigid enough to cut the structural integrity out of the roof. There is one done that I know of but not sure if he's had problems.

I definately would not do this to my car b/c if it does not go well the car is screwed up big time and will never be right afterwards

what craig said... forget targa, its just not worth it. with the aomunt u'd spend in repairs and actually doing the project, you might as well by a trans am t top...

Hey There!

Welcome to State College--a town where you can always find lots and lots of bars, and women!

I'm from Houtzdale, which is about 45 min away from SC, but I'm always in SC, usually on my street bike.

Hope to see you at the next SC meet! You guys can see the newest addition to the coug--Full fiberglass custom stereo system. Should be done this month sometime. oh... and i am putting a wing!

I know I know I've been a bad boy.;)

I had a chance to stop by Krazy this week. The car is lookin real sweet. They are doing everything they can to get it done for the acr show at the cycle 1 center next weekend in State College. I'm planning on being there around 4:00 in the afternoon.

That has been a big debate. One day I want one on, and the next day I don't. Craig says no, but Chris says yes. I hate making decisions!

Anyway--I will have to wait until next weekend to see the finished look. Hope you guys can make it!
