cast aluminum intake manifold
Ford Racing high performance, cast aluminum intake manifold for Escort ZX2 and Focus ZX3 2.0L Zetec engines. Used on the 300 hp Ford Racing Focus. Significantly improves intake manifold airflow. Significant increase in engine performance when combined with the Ford Racing 2.0L Zetec cylinder head M-6049-ZX3P. Will also work with ported production cylinder heads, but requires modification to manifold and cylinder head. Use with M-9926-D462 throttle body. For serious racers only.

From what I've read, a bigger TB doesn't make a big difference until you push past 250whp. If that's a Ford RAcing manifold most like it's flow so it would be a good idea if you have the money and time to fit it. The head though may not work, if it's milled for higher compression. You don't want that. If it isn't milled for higher comp, they it's also good.

However, virtually any turbo will get you 200whp easy on a stock engine, so unless you also upgrade the internals or push huge turbo, you don't really need all you want.

looks like i might just go with the manifold and use my factort TB thanks seawolf....

i've attached the info for the head and the manifold and from the look the head is for flow....and would work with the manifold....i just wonder if the manifold and my factory TB would fit together

im running the head on my car, mechanically it works fine, but my ecu is screwing up due to vct.

You'd be able to set it up right with the SCT. I've had my VCT disabled for a couple of years and it's fine. The only problem is it doesn't actually disable VCT, it just stops the ECU from going into limp mode and turns off the check engine light, but the error code is still there, so if your inspection has ECU diagnostic look up, you won't pass. My state doesn't check that so it's no problem, but some states are tougher.

that sorta what i though seawolf...but i am goin to have to check with the inspection rules just in case i do do it
