Hi from Cougarfest!

Hi all,

Anyone that was debating coming, but wasn't sure....should be here -- it definitely makes up for last year!! NO car problems first off (knock on wood), then we (dannyboy, bobkabob & myself) joined in with Ohio NECO caravanning, then joined up with the SUPER-CARAVAN (NY, NJ, PA+++). Not sure the final count from the caravan, but was about 35 cougars & 7 other vehicles!!!! A couple people ran ahead & stopped to get video of us flying by on the highway...hopefully they'll post it!

Here is a pic of Jay's & my Cougars at Indianapolis Raceway Park.....yes, I beat him in autox...but he kicked my @ss on the dragstrip!!

Fun day friday. I finally got to drag my car... 16.704 best run... nowhere near the other times of the 5-speeds (Chuck, Jay)

Good news!

Awards were tonight! I took fastest ATX in 1/4 mile... And Jay took fastest "stock" 1/4 mile!

We both got trophies... and they say they might make a calendar of the winners. Unlikely due to the fact they sat on their a$$ for 10 minutes and we lost all our light...

Anywho... awesome time here... pics when i get back!

I know what that's like, having your weekend stolen from you... i had to work from 9am to ~10:15pm and have to work 10-7 tomorrow

Phew! finally back!

Yeah, you won't be able to take my 1/4 auto with a MTX swap...

I think this is a calling for me... i like the autos and would like to be the fastest auto around... looks like more HP mods for me!

I'm suprised i was fastest considering how little i had done... Injen Intake, W-R headers, Trubends Y-pipe, Trubends cat-back w/ W-r mufflers... Oh and my KVR rotors, but those slow me down :p

Oh and tr0nic, you'll never take fastest of cf2k4 away from me...

haha... right now i would completely rape you in the 1/4. I know you got full exhaust, but I got straight up engine work... svt lim/19lb injectors/75mm maf... it would be a good run at least.
