Mix review here with the customer service being the main issue... both parts seemed like they were from completely different orders...

X1's - they came pretty fast, I am not sure about the exact shipping time, but I had them with no problems. They were packaged well in one box with bubble wrap, plastic, and cardboard pieces around the corners. Very pleased with those.
EDIT: Not a big deal, because it got repaired free of charge, but both fenders did have small cracks in them. Still happy with them.

ViS rear - this was like dealing with a whole different company. The fenders came and time moved on with no sign of fenders. Waited the 10 days to try to get a tracking number. Phone calls were placed time and time again with us being told they will call back later and give the number we needed. No calls were ever given back. I didn't talk to them, because I worked during their business hours, but my mother was told that they have had problems with ViS. So, I figured ViS was out of stock, behind in orders, sucked at shipping, ect ect. Well, finally got through and was told that they have been more than patient with us or something along those lines and things just didn't add up. Apparently the real hold up was that shipping was not paid for the fenders. I was displeased because this was never brought to our attention in the previous phone calls, and was only brought to our attention in a pretty harsh manner. Well, KK agreed to pay half of the shipping costs, which was great (thanks). The major problem was that this was ordered the 15th of May, and wasn't delivered until the 21st of June. Poor response from customer service. Part arrived today and was in perfect order, again, no chips, scratches, scuffs, cracks or anything.

I would do business with them again, but I think shipping should be figured out and posted for each part so that confusions like this don't happen again. I am not sure how much was shipping and how much was handling costs, but WOW, $150 to ship a rear that cost $145 that is only an apron, not a full bumper. Seemed a bit high considering the box the X1's came in wasn't too far off from the awkward size of the rear, but $100 less. Other than the one phone call, they were friendly people to deal with. Mixed reviews, but would still recommend doing business with them.
