Question about catalytic converter

Does anyone know the size of the catalytic converter for the cougar? I would crawl under and measure but my garage is being fixed. I was just wondering if anyones changed theirs before.

I replaced mine with a 3" carsound one. (3.0L needs to breath)

I would think a 2.5" carsound would be a good stock replacement.

Check them out on ebay, I think I paid like 45 shipped for mine.
