has n e one ran out on there lease? i think if i prequalify and find a house....should i just leave my apartment? its gonna cost me alot to get out of my lease...either way there gonna take my 600 deposit.

no, an early exit does not affect your credit, but you do have to pay off the remainder of your term in full and some places do have an early exit fee
as far as getting a pre qual loan is concerned, get it throught a credit union. They have better rates and when refinancing it looks better to the lending banks

if you are gonna get a loan, your gonna want the loan to cover taxes so choose the house first, then over allow on the loan so you could pay the taxes, get stuff like furniture, and maybe buy a car from me.
