has anyone ever hear of Dunnell.co.uk it speacializes in our 2.0 zetec engines

Yeah seen a little about it. Seemed kind of pricey since our money is worth nothing compared to the uk's though.

Eagle rods are the cheapest and they'll hold 400whp easy. They can be had for as little as $325 on ebay sometimes and around $375 online. Get the ones for the Focus as, we have the same rods and pistons. Same for the aftermarket pistons, get the ones for the Focus. The cheapest for those is around $450 for a set, that might not come with rings though, and rings will cost around $100 more. You also need to get the crank rebalanced and hone the block, so that will set you back even more. Ultimately that's why I haven't done that.
