Just curious if there's any pedal techniques. I always invisioned you'd just stand floored on the gas, shifting as quick as possible and just hope for the best... or do you give pedal pressure proportionate to speed? like, slowly giving gas so by the time youre at redline youve just met the floor for each gear?

from the line i just rev to about 2500rpms then drop the clutch, then when i reach around 6500RMS i shift. no special shiftin technique, just hard and fast. then keep doin that until I win

when shifting, I'm already pulling/pushing my shifter into the next gate before the shift, so that the slightest pressure on the clutch will let it loose, and when the clutch reaches halfway down, the shifter goes into the gate. So I'm just basically doing a really quick stomp on the clutch. I also let go of the gas during shifts. I don't feel like killing my transmission for an extra tenth of a second.

Depending on how hard your pushing/pulling, I think that's just as bad if not worse on the internal components of your transmisson (shift tower, shift forks, etc.) then power shifting. I'd say the only shift you should probably shy away from power shifting is the 1st to 2nd shift as that's when you have your highest torque load on the transmission and the wheel hop/spin you get when you make that shift is hurting your time anyway. 3rd and 4th I think would be ok (or not as bad... ).

do u mean like taking it out of the gear? bc u dont have to push the clutch to take it out of the gear, just pull it out

it doesn't pull out while accelerating.. if I'm not hitting the gas, I can pull the gear out, but while at WOT, it doesn't move
