I want to buy this kit, and I heard it was a b@$^% to install. I want to know if the 5 mile/hour bumper reenforcement has to be removed. Whoever has this bodykit, how much did it cost to paint it rio red. I want my car to look like a drift car, and usually they have cone style mufflers, but I don't want people to think that a honda is coming down the street. Any advice? Thanks P.S. I want to install it myself
Well i cant give ya too much advice but what i can tell you about the drift kit is if you dont have experience working with body kits and things like that then i dont know how nice it will turn out. Not to discourage you or anything but ive heard even body shops have had a really hard time doing the install. But those were also the Custom Cougars drift kit so i dont know if the KK kit is any different or not.

nope the kits from the cc.com and krazykustoms are the same overall, and the only REAL hard part is the front, the back is easy (well 4 me). but i would say if you have never tried it than leave it to the pros.

its not all that difficult to put on. get your self some blue painters tape to help hold it on while you mark the holes you need to drill. it helps a lot. from what i've heard rio red is a pain to paint. so is melina blue. it took me 3 tries. good luck.
p.s.
don't use stock mounting hardware. Those plastic connectors are crap. go to home depot or wherever and buy some small nuts and bolts. it'll stay on longer and look better. easier to work with. they are overall a better way to go, and only like 5 bucks.

I meant it to be helpful, not funny. Type in drift kit and you will get at least 5 pages of answers.

Front and rear fit very well and are an easy install. The sides no matter what manufacturer on the cougar drift kit fit poorly and need work to make them look perfect. The reason is the kits are all copied from the original street weapon drift kit that also had poorly fitting skirts. This kit used to sell at a premium price. Because companies have replicated it overseas it has dropped the price drastically.
