That is CivcKiller's car... they are 19" Axis Neo's.... probably on of my favorite cougs....

EDIT: this is the cheapest place to buy them... axis does a lot of nice high end wheels for the coug in chrome... (http://www.spyeng.com/axis_car.asp)

cougaritis...those are the sweetest rims ever...i checked out the site but the 19's bolt pattern is not 4/4.25 or 4/108mm......did he get em custom drilled or what...
