After months of getting the correct parts, having existing parts retooled and finally getting them all installed, I am happy to post the images of the Completed Suspension for Project Cougar
LEDA Completely Adjustable Coil Over Suspension and Struts
SHO Shop - Rear Tubular Adjustable Control Arms
SHO Shop - Sub Frame Connectors
Boxed in Rear Subframe
Front Tubular A-Arms
Seam Welded Front Subframe
Upgraded Rear Hubs - Billet Aluminium
Energy Suspension Bushings on All components
Billet Aluminium Sub Frame Bushings
All bolts for the entire suspension have been upgraded to Grade 8
Every component of the Suspension has been Powdercoated Silver Frost.
In the photos, the rear suspension is completed. However the front suspension is still missing some washers and safety wire. The Front Axles are also SHOT, you can see this in the photos. Currently waiting on Stage 5 Axles to arrive from the supplier. Subframe connectors have been powdercoated, but have not been welded in at this time.
Thoughts?

I like those tubular control arms.
All this work and all this horsepower...have you ever considered going to a 5-bolt hub?

I've given up on using words to describe James car and its equipment... only sounds and gestures are able to convey my thoughts - so here we go:

hamill: All modifications were done at my Residence. Using Ford's Technical CD and a Chiltons Manual, the hardest part was simply installing the front Subframe with just me and a friend. We had to have two people underneath the car holding the subframe and then another routing the Power Steering lines then the other hooking the lines up to the Power Steering Pump. Besides that, the only thing I think that could of made the install easier would of been a Powdercoater who remembers to tape up all holes :)
VHull: Retail on the products and modifications installed is alot. I do not have an exact number but it was in the thousands easily when you add in the LEDA and all the powdercoating work that was done.
Bennett9000: I must say the tubular control arms were a pita to install and adjust correctly. I have not even considered switching to a 5-lug.
99CouGSweetRide: RHD Conversion has been completed, I am simply waiting on the newly finished dash to return from a shop where I am having some custom work done to the dash. I will not be posting images of the RHD Conversion until its completely done. I posted some mock up photos of the dash installed if you are interested.

That sucks about the powdercoating. Did you make sure to go through all of the other stuff he powdercoated? Otherwise your going to end up with alot of screws not fitting. Time to break out the drill and rotery tools eh.

I don't recall taking any pictures before the install of the particular item...
Wow, those control arms look familiar.....(see pics). James have you had the wheel on and lowered the car yet. You might run into a problem with the arms clearing the top of the crossmember at full drop as I did so you'll have to cut out clearence areas. You might be ok since I noticed you have them shimmed all the way down. Just check the travel with no springs on. Also, watch how much camber you add/remove from adjusting the bottom heim joint, I'm sure you don't plan on driving the car much other than in and out of shows, but you'll run into a problem with the half shafts getting into a bind on droop and compression, just wanted to give you a heads up so you don't make the same mistakes I did. Oh, also attached the only pic I could find of our solid crossmember bushings.

Car should be getting lowered onto the wheels tonight or tomorrow... One piece exhaust from the turbo back has caused extreme amounts of problems when I am trying to do all the modifications myself with no assistance :)

Gamiller: What parts do you need... the rear pieces were trashed but I still have the front subframe and the A-arms....
Car is now in the trailer getting ready for its journey to MD to have the custom body kit made...
Only problem appears to be passenger lower control arm is giving me an extreme bow on the wheel that needs to be adjusted
