can anyone send me a pic of how much they cut off of the shifter rod and that white thing on the inside? thanks

2" off the rod itself, and leave about 1" of the white bullet above that.

exactally how low can you make the atx shifter? sorry....not trying to hijack

About 3" if you want to use your stock plate... any lower, and you'll hit jumping from 2 to 1.

when you cut the white bullet did you cut off the top or the bottom?

Did you pull out the rod and cut off of the bottom to still have the bullet on top or did you just cut it off of the top? since the rod is weird-shaped i didnt know if where you cut it would affect it at all.

you have to cut the bottom off. its much easier to reshape the bottom to work properly then if you were to cut from the top
