rear seats? or front seats?
front two seats are easy.. disconnect the wiring harness underneath the seat and just take out the bolts on the bracket... two in the front, four in the back for each seat.
rear seats.. fold the backs down and pull the carpeting off the bottom of the backs... you'll see the bolts you'll need to remove.. that'll remove the seat backs.. to get the bottom of the seat out afterwards, just pull up hard. it's being held in by pressure clips..

There are 6 bolts total for each front seat. 4 in back and 2 in front. They can be hard the first time to get out, because the bolts have loctite on them.
