Ok...one more try to get rid of these and help someone out. I have grey front leather seats with the side impact airbags out of a 99 Cougar...The passenger seat was burned on the bottom, but the seatback is fine. The drivers side is fine. Cleanup week in my town is in about one month, and if no takes these by then, I'm throwing them away. I just want them gone!! Can you use them? The bottom of the passenger seat is trashed, and airbag wiring for that side will be toasted as well and have to be spliced together, but they might be something to keep for spares? If you def. want them, they're yours! I can save them for you.

Just a note...I don't think the passenger's seat is repairable...I bought my car as a theft recovery and the thieves had set the 'seat' part of the passengers seat on fire to try and torch the car.

I have the rear seats too....you can have them too..makes more room in my garage for tools :biggrin:

I'll get pics up of these tomorrow so you can see exactly what we're talking about here.

I just wanna get them out of my garage and help someone out...even if they keep them around for spare side airbags. I could probably ebay them, but I'm going through a nightmare with a VCR that I sold on there a couple of weeks ago (A lady from CA bought it and is claiming it arrived broken and was packed improperly, trying to get me to refund her 700 dollars...she shipped it back to me and I found ONE OF HER TAPES IN THE MACHINE after she said it would never power up!!!) so I'm not up to selling anything on there for awhile.

Haha..I dunno if was porn yet...I just got the tape out of the deck and haven't checked it out yet. I can't wait to email her and ask if she'd like her tape back, then turn her stupid ass into ebay for attempted fraud since she obviously knocked it off a desk or something. And yeah, it was an expesive one....mini dv on one side and Super VHS on the other...I work as a video producer....so it was just one of the little expensive toys.

Rio's got dibs on these if he wants them...plus he's coming up here...I wouldn't have to drive them :biggrin:

Otherwise, they're yours. I might be down on the 24th, I have a DJ job in Williamsport that night, so I might just try to make a trip out of it. I'll keep you posted if Rio doesn't want them.

I'm going to try to make it down for early afternoon on the 24th, since I have to DJ an event in Williamsport that night anyway and I'll already be halfway there. If I bring the front seats down to, do you have a way to get them back to Harrisburg? Not sure if you'll want to haul them in your cougar...the burned one is nasty. If not, we'll figure something else out.

yes, ill have room even though ill have luggage. if the burned one is too bad we can let it there for the trash man. ill look at it first. you should come, not just because your bringing the seats but because we'd all love to meet you. by the way upper90 is the pres of our chapter. we all always have a great time and the more people the better the party.

yeah, or maybe we can just rip off the top part (where the airbag is) and ditch the burned part of that one. I'm gonna try to make it, but I have to DJ two other college formals that week...one thursday night and one friday night, then I have that one on Saturday night, plus my full time job, so sleeping all day is gonna seem good. I'll let you know closer to the day whether to expect me or not. If I don't make it, we'll figure something else out for the seats, and I'll get down to meet everyone another time soon. I'd kinda like to be able to drive the Cougar too, but that doesn't haul the DJ equipment trailer too well...haha.
