Hey all,
I am thinking about getting some headers and a decent dual exhaust kit. I have had some friends mention "Tony's Custom Exhaust" in Glen Burnie. Has anyone ever heard anything about them or had any dealings with them?
Two of my friends tha suggested the place drove Hondas and the other two drove 4x4 of some sort. Apparently, they do exhasut for only $275. Now that is cheap! However, I don't want to just give away almost $300, ya know?
Thanks for any input!

I'm not sure if tony's do headers but they do an excellent job on exhaust.. almost everyone i know with an aftermarket exhaust got it done at tony's.. one of my friends with a V6 mustang got pulled over once coz the cop wanted to know where he got his exhaust done.. i got a muffler done at tony's for 50 bucks but it's not as loud as i want it to be coz of the resonator but i plan on getting a cat back exhaust at tony's with duals during the summer.. i would get it done now but i just wasted my tax returns on a round trip ticket to the philippines.. so yeah i recommend tony's if u wanna get ur exhaust done for cheap but excellent quality.. i suggest you go there with someone who know's where it is though because it aint that easy to find..

I've never heard of Tony's. I went to a guy who owns a place called White Marsh Mufflers who hand bended everything deals with flowmasters. Excellent work and quick timing. Dropt it off at 8 and got it back by noon that day.

Well, thanks for the posts thus far guys! I think I may go to Tony's first hand and talk to the people - not to mention look for it :)
I think I want to get a customized estimate on true duals and headers installation. Still - sounds pretty good so far!
Thanks!

the only reason it took them all morning was because they did alot of custom bending and they also welded it as well so that's why it took them so long :) 2" Piping with flow master muffler sounds really good. I'll let you all hear it when the car comes back :) I'll be a joy riding happy mofo

If you don't mind me asking, how much did it run you? Also, do you think they will do a "true dual" setup?
Thanks!

i only did a single setup.... he didnt do dual cause it would have been 600$ for a dual exhaust, my tips alone were 90$ the rest was just labor and parts for the exhaust... now granted... I only have one person normally work on the car at any shop and that's normally they're best owner or there top guy... i don't do no new guy working on my car... right now only one guy is working on my car for body work and that's all i want :)

We've had 4 cars done down at Tony's. They are great! I know every time I've been there they are doing tons of ricers too! So the young guys love em' too! Our 69 Z is going there next week for chrome tips off the flowmasters.

Well, it is sounding more and more like Tony's is the way to go. The only problem is whether or not they can set up true duals with 2.5" piping. Not to mention, whether or not they may be able to install my headers.
Thanks for the info!
