hey everyone...I was talking with Pablo and we were thinking of having a meet in June when he visits at my place...maybe a cookout...softball game or so...probably mid june...exact date undecided...any interest?

I'm down. I havent visited MD NECO in a year or two, since i had the white cougar, so I figured I'd start coming out again now that I have summers off.

I have a question about MD N.E.C.O. Meets. When i think of meets, i think of an area like a big parking lot or fairgrounds. So, i guess my question is in the past, where have the meets been?? I was just reading that the meet in May is supposed to be at somebody's house. I would just think that would be a parking nightmare. Again, i am new to N.E.C.O., so forgive my ignorance. Any ideas to where this meet in June might be?? Thanks.

Pablo,,, sound good (see it worked out) i will be in along w/ the b/f.
Parking--> not sure of where we are meeting this time but the last meet we had there was a large amount of parking,. plus i think the meet in may shouldn't be a problem. (not sure not the best to ask)
Pablo, glad to see you're going to start visiting us again. :) And it sounds like it would be a great opportunity for a meet.

Brain, we have meets at all different types of places. This time we will be at Caelins house. Fortunately, his development has a good amount of parking. In the past we have not had parking problems. :) The meet previous to this was in November at a restaurant that Jess set up for us. Often we will have meets at car shows or other events. Last summer we went to a park for a picnic and basketball. We've been known to meet up for dinner or at malls on occassion as well. It really depends on what everyone is in the mood to do. If you think of something that you think would be a good time, post it up and we'll see if we can get something going. :biggrin:

I'm thinking of having it up near my way...Belair or Whitemarsh...maybe a nice park for a cookout then whomever wants to come back and hang out at the house is more then welcome...parking is decent around here...no problems thus far...we take up four spots just ourselves...I threw an anniversary party last week and 15 cars parked easily...so it's not a problem up here either...but I'm interested in a park thing then maybe back to the house

I'll be overseas for much of June, but you should definitely come back and visit MD Pablo.
Was the last time you visited when Chrissy stopped by for a little while and you were searching for a new cougar using Greg's computer?

The first week of June is no good for me either, since I will probably be passed out drunk somewhere celebrating my birthday (June 6).
I cant wait to be able to come down again like I used to. I have always had a great time down there, and love MD neco and the crazy meets we used to have. But now that Greg and Marianne are in Florida, I need a new place to crash while I visit. I cant even remember the last time I came down to Maryland for a meet. Matt, I think you are right, it was when I was in the process of looking for a new cougar, perhaps almost 2 years ago. I hope we can set up some cool meet, and the cookout and some games at a park sound awesome, as long as we have a place to chill afterwards and get crazy. I got sick of Sherrie saying I never visit anymore. So, its time for me to make my return. Cant wait to see ya all soon.

yeah Matt...that was the last time...he had already sold the white one...thats why he had to steam clean the coffee stain off the seat...lol...hey but I came back and hung out later...we went to outback and then back to Greg and Marianne's house watching Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring...we started it at like 2 it lasted till 5...I don't know what we were thinking there...lol...most of us fell asleep

Thats right, i remember installing and dremeling the 01-02 grill on Greg's car while it was raining, while he cleaned my seats. We had fun that night. But watching LOTR at that late was just too much. I think we had all passed out half way thru the movie. It was still a fun night though.

But she's right, you are more than welcome. Our last park meet included several toddlers and young children. :) I don't think we scared any of them too badly... ;)

i'll try and squezze in time for a meet in june... but it appears my schedule is getting pretty booked up for that month... not sure when my photoshoot will be taken place

ya adam still does it to this day, go's in the store and has to play with the toys...well there will be alot of that now so you guys wont be the only one's
