this is what I got from LVMS, so either we need a lot of people, or someone who is willing to throw down some major cash. though we can prob. get one of the tracks for a lot less.

I have the 2 tracks available Sunday, Sept. 12. The cost for the track rental is $12,500 for the 2 tracks.
The price includes just the rental of the tracks, with an additional charge of $190 per hour for Fire/Safety and ALS unit.

The tracks will be held in your groups name once the agreement is signed and the 50% deposit is received by LVMS.

There may be additional charges based on the activities that you do. We require a 5,000,000 insurance policy
naming LVMS as additionally insured etc. Levy Restaurants is the exclusive caterer.

I am giving you this information in advance so there are no surprises.

I assume you mean Labor Day if you're talking about September? Anyone know which Monday in September is Laobr Day? I'm very interested, especially if there is track time invovled. I don't think I'm going to be able to hit Cougarfest this year because it's the same week as my family's semi-annual trip to San Diego.

I have to admit, I don't have the money that looks like you would require in order to get the track listed above, but keep us informed.

that is the cost for both tracks 1/4 and road course, we are thinking about doing only the road course and trying to do the 1/4 on the friday before.
