I just received my fuel pump from BAT and this is what I got....

I am wondering what that small metal clip is, and why they sent me three strainers?
Do you use all of this stuff? As much help explaining what I got would be most appreciated.
compare it to the stock fuel pump and assemble identically? :)

I have never seen the stock set-up. I usually like to know what I am looking at before I start a project.

Well your gonna have to see the stock one before you install... so you'll be all good.

lol, it will all become clear my son when you remove to old one. I had no Idea what all the stuff was for either, but it was as obvious as the nose in front of my face. This was my first fuel pump install and it was easy as pie.

Jeez - all I got was a pump and a strainer that didn't fit.
They sent me the strainer pictured on the left, but I needed the one pictured on the right. I had to re-use my old strainer, after cleaning it well.
You only need one of those strainers; they didn't know for sure which one you needed, so they sent you all 3 designs, just to cover all the bases.
As for the clip and the wire - I'm at a loss. I didn't need any of those, and they never sent me any.
