i am most likely buying an integra that has a "fun" tint level on it. it may be a little to "fun" for some people.

i just went through inspection. it sucks and there really isnt a way to get around it .. you need legal tint.. i have these ugly stickers on my windows stating that they are legal

Ask around at some custom exhaust & auto accessories shops if they know any inspection shops that are a little lax on tints. When I had my test pipe on in place of my CAT I was getting some work done at Lou's Custom Exhaust. My sticker at the time was about 4 months overdue, they pointed me to an inspection station in my town that helped me out. But I ended up putting the CAT back on later anyway cause the gains were "eh" and the risk of getting a $10k ticket for exhaust violations wasn't worth it.
