April Meet info

So, I've done good on my word about checking into Fuddruckers.... They are more then happy to have us, they will give us a private room (UPTO 200 People!!!) and I'm in discussion for discounts......to add to this they wouldn't mind leting us do a monthly meet there. We can have it any Saturday (really anyday we want as long as some little league isn't using it) we want with notice...we get the private room as much as we want from 9-4 without a problem and longer with notice. so....let's pick a day and I'll call them (apperantly the General Manager has a soft spot for cougars). pending how people feel after that I can take you guys through the area for a nice cruise through some nice turns then some pretty areas. all up to you guys...and I will see if I can get my house for a beer stop. but there are some basic plans laid out all we need is to decide when. BTW for those coming from San Diego, this place is south of the Irvine Spectrum. Anyways...we can talk about this as needed.

My personal vote would be the 25th. I'm busy the next couple of weekends and on the 18th my Cougar is going to be at the Fabulous Fords Forever Show next to Knott's Berry Farm.

I was interested in the 25th...But I'll be playing a gig in Nor Cal - LOUD MUSIC SYMPOSIUM What if we aimed for Saturday the 17th, For some of the San Diego People offer them a place to stay then check out the ford gig on the 18th....Just an idea. BTW I also forgot to mention that there is a my Favorite pool hall/bar right across the street from the place :beer: . Anyways lets button down this idea and go from there.

this could be a cool gig for a lot of cougars....and I guess an evo can come too :biggrin:

I'm sorry I have posted more recently, Work has been kickin' me pretty hard...5 days 18 hours each...but now I'll be able to afford a U.I.M. if I can find one. The General Manager's name is Chuck Miller, I have a meeting with him on Monday to set down what all he is going to do for us. but at worst we can still all go there to meet, eat and all that good stuff. we don't have a set time to meet yet, I plan to see what he can offer us, but I'm going to guess like a 2:00 time if that's cool with everyone.

Alright people my cougs finnaly out of the shop, so count me in on the trip. And i got a ? for you all anyone know where i can get a cheap 2001 headlight housing? they replaced one of mine so now the drivers side is all shiny and the passenger side looks like crap.

There is a lot boncing around about all this, how about we make it simple...for those who want to meet and have fun Saturday it's a great place. It seems that a lot of people are diggin' the idea of May 8th...they said we can use the place whenever we want as long as someone else isn't using the place. my suggestion...if you're free this Saturday enjoy all that is NECO and Fuddruckers...if you're free May 8th...see past statement!!! I may have only been to one meet but it seems to be a lot of friendship in the club, it won't hurt to meet on a more regular basis and enjoy each others company. Ohhhh, and someone said that they'd like a meet in AZ...if you find a spot and start it I don't know about anyone else, but if I'm not working I'll drive out!

I called Fuddruckers today to verify the reservation and this is what I know. There is a reservation is for 20 people starting at 12:30 pm, the next party doesnet come in until 6:15. I believe the 12:30 one is ours but I didnt make the reservation so I'm not positive. The manager I spoke with didnt know much about it, just looked it up in the books. If anyone else wants to call the number is (949) 830 7210.

Does 12:30 work for everyone, or should it be later? It sounds like this meet is going to be short as not too many people are comming. I am sure we can have another meet on the 8th in addition to this one.
