sounds to me like maybe one of the battery cables is coming loose or maybe even shorted on something when the jolt happened.

if it was enough to bend 2 rims it probably jarred some more stuff also.

mine does the same, it started as soon as i changed my headlights to xenon, also my interior lights and the side mirrior control button dont work, i thought it was a fuse, so i checked the book, and it turns out that the interior lights, power mirrors and clock all run on the same fuse, i didnt replace it yet, but u can try replacing yours, its fuse number 34, its on pg 157 in the manuel, let me know how it goes if u try it out thnx

Nope. It will have to be electrically related.

Fuse?? Only if they are not working. A fuse will do one of 2 things, deliver power or Not deliver power. You have power since your guages do work, they just reset all the time.

Have your battery load tested. If it tests good, then start looking for bad wires and shorts in the electrical lines.

Mine also did that for sometime. I found it was the cig lighter fuse, don't ask me why but that was the cause. I do know what fuse do but try looking at the fuses.
