Cut the hole in the fabric and use glue... seems like common sense to me!?

when taking out the mirrors from the fabric there are 4-6 pins
of plastic melted on the inside so it does not fall out.
you have to cut the plastic off to take off the mirrors off and you have little plastic
pins but nothing to melt them back on???
If you look inside the visor you should know what i'm talking about
I was thinking of using epoxy but not sure on that route yet????

i know what ur talkin bout i 2 redid mine but i am jsut putting my car club logo embroidered on them where the mirrors used to be located at maybe if u bought new mirrors from ford that had brand new pins u could get it back in n melt them with a lighter or soldering gun

George Im doing doing my visors this week I can help you with it this weekend if you want.
When I did my practice visor once I got the visor open I used a soldering iron to melt the plastic around the nubs to get the mirrors off. Paint them and whatever your gonna do to them and when you put them back together the nubs should go back through the holes and remelt them if there is enough, melt some other source of plastic onto it, or use an epoxy/superglue to hold them in place

I'm doing mine right now, too! If you use hot glue gun and let the glue get really hot, it will melt the plastic a little and really hold on to it. When I took apart my rear seats, I broke the metal bracket that holds the middle console with the cupholder in it. The plastic welds came right off, so I hot glued it back in place and it seems stronger than the original plastic welds. Worked for me!
