is $400 a good price for a used SVT UIM, because i was quoted 3 times for that price and i think it is a little too much.........

IMHO I wouldn't pay that much for one. Some people would though. It depends on how bad you want one I guess....
But, $400 would go a lot further towards a set of MSDS headers.... MUCH more gain than you'd ever see than the SVT combo(uim/lim/tb). The svt stuff has a really low gain for the amount of money you flush down the drain for it...
Last I heard, the UIM off of the 3.0L engine gave about the same gains but for a fraction of the cost of the SVT...there is slight modification needed though..... and your engine def. doesn't look stock anymore...lol..

i wouldn't. its tempting only because its a UIM but it's expensive for a used one..i got mines new for if i remember correctly 375ish or something
