Well, we're a little less than 5 months from CougarFest 2004, so now is as good a time as any to recruit a caravan leader from the KyTn chapter.
Probably the best way would be to nominate a few people and have a vote. Once a leader(s) is determined/chosen, shoot an email to caravans@cougarfest.com.
Florida, H.O. Dixie, and Florida will be coming your way... it'd be great to merge caravans at some point if possible. :)
