Are there covers that are suppost to go on the back of 01-02 foglamp assemblies

I need to know asap. My car is all apart in my driveway.....changing out front bumper. I bought some new lights and they did not come with any rear covers. Is it sealed?

I thought the 01-02 fogs had a hole in the back of the assembly, where the bulb plugs into...and the bulb itself seals the hole.

I'm hoping that's it. I bought the lights new directly from fordpartsonline. There were no covers that came with them. Just a hole that the bulb goes into. It does seem like there are two clips to the sides of the bulb. I wasn't sure if i was suppost to have a cover with them to clip on to the assembly clips. Hoping to get this bumper back on tonight. Even if it takes me a couple more hrs in the dark and a couple more beers. :)



I'm thinking that you're right about this but i just wanted to double check before i put everything back together. Thanks

Yep that's right. I changed the bulbs outa my fogs last week and there is no cover, the bulb seals the hole.
