funny story

ok its not as funny to you guys as it is to me probably but last night i was at a friends house and he has an s10. its lowered has wheels and a rollpan and all... but anyways we were talking and he was saying how he wanted a new motor for his truck. he wanted to put a 350 in his truck. well tonight i was meeting another friend and i get a call from someone saying to come to a elementary school parking lot he found something and wanted me to check it out. i he wouldnt tell me what it was and i pull up and low and behold there is a 350 small block sitting on the ground. it was in pretty good condition. had no heads or anything basically block, pistons, and minor stuff. but i ended up calling the kid who wanted it for his truck and he came in like record time and picked it up. apparently it has been sittin there since last night or yesterday. so i gotta know... thats not stealing is it. no one has claimed it. and i plan on going and talking to the principle monday to make sure its ok to keep it. but i just thot that was a weird coincidence... anyone else had a cool find like this?

like i found this golf cart one time at this place and there were bunch of em... so we took one.. we figured no one would notice one of em missin.
