We had an issue getting the trophy order filled prior to Fest. There was a possibility of having them shipped in time for Saturday, but that came and went.

I'm sure once Trevor gets them in hand he'll get them to everybody that is owed a trophy.

I was just happy to be chosen. A trophy would be nice, but I'm not gonna obsess over it. I'll get it when I get it.

Think about it this way the longer you don't have your trophies the less you have to clean them, store them. I have 4 years worth of trophies from when I raced go karts that I would love to get rid of they take up too much room. So if any one want to mod there cougarfest trophy with one of my monster season points trophies they can have them.

How much do the trophies cost? because I might have an idea for trophies next year.

I just think that the glass and acrylic are better looking then the traditional plastic ones. But I know what it really comes down to is the cost. And what people want I was just voicing my opinion and experience with trophies.

When I was planning Cougar Bash last year, I had picked out glass trophies. I think they're much nicer then "regular" trophies, but from what I found they were about 3 times the expense.

Where are the actual trophies? Sounds to me like they were never made/ordered and we are just getting the run around. As time goes by the trophies seam to be of less importance. With all the money spent for Cougarfest trophies shouldn't be this big of a deal.

This really isn't helping me at all ... I need a list of names & address of winners and what trophy I should send out. I had nothing to do with this until the last minute because someone decided to bail on us with the trophies. I will not send out a single trophy until I have a complete list in my hand. Sorry it has come to this, but it's out of my control ... someone should have kept a detailed list of who won what category and then sent me a list like so:

Trevor, I suggest you just make a quick private post / vote for just us trophey owner's to take a quick poll.

My personal vote is to just send them along to CF2006... I'd rather save the $$ towards the event. It's not like we really need them before then anyways, we're already used to not having them.

I dont think I could take the trip a second time, especially with my ATX.
My main goal was to make it to Fest atleast once (I have been trying to go since 2002) I even made hotel reservations in 2003 but couldnt go when the time came around. So me going in 05 and winning best of show and best interior ment alot to me.

Well, I didn't live up to my promise. I was hoping that more people would reply to this post with their information ... as it stands now, I have nearly all the track trophies unaccounted for.
