8 days after i turned 17.... cougar decided to go 78mph, maybe my foot had something to do with it. then the 5-0 thinks thats tooo fast and pulls me over. then he gives me a ticket for 70 (pheww, kinda). oh, forgot to mention that i didnt get my full 17 license yet, had no time as per thanksgiving, so i went and got it the next day. $56 and a little sweat later, i'm hopin and praying that i can wait till the 1st to send in the ticket, and my license will get processed first and NOT taken away come feb-mar-apr... i can only hope.

That sucks man. Prez and I both got tickets this year when we were goin to Sioux Falls to have a meet. I think it was 82 or 84 in a 65. :banghead:

your car looks a lot better than mine. plus im a teenage guy. cops dont like "us", unless "we" have VERY nice cars.

example: my cousin has a 2001 Camaro SS with lots of extras, fastest car around, best looking too. he gets pulled over all the time for stupid stuff; fish-tailing through the "Do Not Enter" curve at an intersection... cop pulls him over, they start bs'in about the car, he walks away clean. oh well, someday....

I can relate to ya VHull03. When i got my very first car after I turned 17 I couldn't afford any insurance. Then i got busted for doin 28 in a 25, but the cop was nice enough to only write up the no insurance and not the speeding. Then 3 months laters I got picked up for "careless driving" and I still didn't have insurance because I just got done payin a $350 no insurance ticket. So That cop wrote me up for "careless driving" and no insurance:ugh:. The total for those tickets was over $400:banghead:. Then mother's day comes and I'm headin to South Dakota to visit my mom and a cop picks me up for doin 65 in a 45. He was at least nice enough to write it as 50 in a 45. luckily for me I Had insurance that time. The total for all these tickets is almost $800. Damn Iowa cops:disgust:

I'm still here, just don't have as much time to browse around as I did in the past. ;)
