I got my new car!
Yes, i went up and bought it on saturday around 5:00.
(i would load pictures if i knew how to load them)
Anyway it's a 35th anniversary, light sliver almost white.
Sliver frost, 2tone leather, 6 disk cd changer, The works!
I wasn't going to buy it b/c it was real $$$. But long story short
i got it and i am happy.

Its funny you mentioned Mr. Freddy's shop....I was there today. I have to take the car back around the 15th of next month to get an accurate estimate to get my frame straight. Hopefully it won't be too much and I can get it done befoe I send the car away for its new makeover...

I personally hate the FX club. Don't know why, I just do. Never seemed to get along with them ever since Sudden Impact's Bohagers car show. IF your going to go to a body shop that does quality work I'd take it to ACES body and paint on rt. 40. Its maybe a 10 min drive past D&L. George Makrus and Mike Rossi had there work done there and it looks fabolous. Most of sudden impact goes there as well....Lauri from Vivid takes her car to Extreme body and paint and you should more than likely take a look at hers and go with her when she pics up her car to ask the shop. Most of Teem SpeedDesign goes there as well.

You've seen Mel's...he gets his done at Cliff's and other people's cars in Vivid Images, ask them where they get there body work done. I'd do a simple little poll on your own time to which person in the club would recomend which body shop. Personally, I'm taking mine out of state to Craig Flango's shop for my special work. He knows Cougars and has several cars and also does some of the Aerogear development for products. The only thing I have on my mind is to find a JOB. then I will worry about other things...

I however do not trust anything in Dundalk...thats just me...nothing wrong with the area...just everyone knows my Cougar there. So I do not take it there.

well, please post where you two end up taking your cars! i need to get my frame straigtened and get my kit molded back on and painted.

O2Chic: sweet ride! i'd love to have that as the basis for my project car. :D wanna sell me your seats so you can buy aftermarket racing seats? ;)

Na i love my seats, little cold on the bum but i can live. I am looking for new floor mats and those running boards on the inside of the door. Any ideas where i can order them from. I am looking at bids now on the body work and all. They are all backed up till like march most places, I will let you know! :)
