I have a spare hatch cover lying around. Is there any ideas of what I can do with it?...any fibreglassing or anything that somebody would like done?

If anybody has any ideas, post them on here and let's see if its do-able..

thanks
G

I think he's talking about the one that opens/closes with the hatch (piece of cardboard that encloses your trunk behind the top of the rear seats).

you could make it into a bad ace sub box... if you do it nicely and such... dont' knwo you woudl problb yhave to reinforce the stuff a fair bit but i am considering doing that to mine but i don't knwo how well it will hold like 75 lbs... (ofcourse i will be reinforcing the poo out of it....

Yeah, its the piece that is removable and that moves with the hatch when it is opened.

I sold my cougar, and have this sitting in my garage. I was thinking if anybody wanted any fibreglass work done or anything I could do it to this one and ship it off to them.

keep the ideas coming!

thanks

I modified mine to allow the bass to pass more freely .....I basically cut a big hole in it and then wrapped it with grille cloth....outside the car it looks pretty stock

Diamond plate hatchback-cover...with an indiglo cougar head cutout (sheets of indiglo (http://www.microstru.com/exp2.html)). Was also thinking about the same idea with the indiglo with the diamond plate floormats

I did spider webbing in all my interior for several reasons. 1 I wanted to do the custom interior but didnt want something that i have seen before. I had seen rain drops, tribal, and a couple other designs at car shows before. I had never seen spider webbing. So we cut out the design and after applying it, it looked great so I went ahead and did the door panels the factory piece that covers the hatch up at the window, in process of doing speaker box and of course the hat rack and headliner.
